History:
The patient is an 82-year-old male with a past medical history significant for coronary artery disease (CAD), remote myocardial infarction (MI), atrial fibrillation/sick sinus syndrome with permanent pacemaker implantation, and dyslipidemia who was referred for cardiac catheterization for progressively worsening exertional angina.

Angiography:
1) Right CFA angiography ( Figure 1 ) revealed an optimal introducer sheath entry site at the mid-femoral head, superior to the superficial/ profunda femoral......
