An approach to PAD emphasizing the management of specific vascular territories including carotid and cerebrovascular arteries, renal arteries, aortic aneurysms, and lower extremity circulation. Methods for identifying complications arising during endovascular procedures, and the techniques with which to treat them, are also highlighted.
